Tom Braegelmann started his real estate career back in 1984 in Minnesota. As a a fund manager and real estate investor with an extensive portfolio, Tom has been buying and selling residential and commercial properties for over 30 years. Tom’s progressive real estate model is rooted in high value, solid metrics, and win-win collaboration. Tom is also the author of “Mastering Real Estate Investing with Private Money” and has hosted a variety of virtual and live events for investors of all types.
